Refund Policy
- No Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided for digital goods once the product has been accessed or used, except in cases where the service is proven to be defective or not as described.
- Refund Window: Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if they have not yet substantially utilized the service (e.g., creating a tournament or car build exceeding the allowed for free tier).
- EU & Local Laws: We honor refund requests as required by applicable local consumer protection laws (including EU regulations).
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
1. Subscriptions and Payments
- Billing: Our service is billed on a monthly subscription basis.
- Payment Processing: All transaction are handled securely via Paddle. We do not store your financial details.
2. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account and access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
3. Limitation of Liability
mini4wdtournament is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or tournament disruptions.
